Protect Yourself:
Perform Hand Hygiene Frequently.
•Practice Respiratory Hygiene.
•Avoid Touching Your Eyes and Nose (also called the T-Zone).
•Stay Current on Your Vaccines.
•Eat Nutritious Food. Handle and Prepare Food Safely
•DO NOT Eat Food Left at Room Temp. for over 2 hours.
•Keep Your Pets Healthy/Wash Hands After Touching Pets.
•Stay Physically Active.
•Get Adequate Sleep

•Stay Home When You are Sick.
•Clean Work/Home Surfaces Frequently:

•Wear Clean Clothes/ Uniforms and Jackets to Work Each Day
•Wash Uniforms Separately from other Families Clothes
•Take Your Work Shoes Off When You Enter Your Home.
